What does the Windows agent install?

A lightweight automatic Windows service and its scoped credential. The guided installer requires no terminal commands and requests administrator approval once.

Can Klick Pulse scan an entire corporate network?

Only explicitly approved local ranges can be scanned. Administrators can add exclusions, schedules and bounded port lists.

When is a service marked down?

A monitor changes to Down only after reaching its configured consecutive-failure threshold, reducing noise from transient failures.

Does it support both internet and intranet services?

Yes. Public checks run from the control plane, while private checks are dispatched to an agent in the selected location.
